[Background] In BSI G12A439 , the countermeasure to multiple feeding in the RADF for the e-STUDIO6550C series and the e-STUDIO855 series was reported. In this BSI, we would like to inform you that the same separation roller and the torque limiter applied in BSI G12A439 have also been made available to MR-3024/3025/3026/3028. Multiple feeding may occur caused by tightly attached originals as below. Examples of tightly attached originals (1) Originals not having been fanned after the stapler is removed (2) Originals having burrs around the punched holes (3) Originals not having been smoothed out after Z-folding As a further countermeasure to such cases, this BSI has been applied. Since there is no interchangeability between the pre- and post-change parts, replace them with the new ones as a set.
